Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you use Station 720, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account id. We do not see your Google password.
- Your content: the prompts and options you enter, the reference images or video frames you attach, the games made for you (their code, thumbnails and history), and what you share in the arcade, plus play counts and scores on shared games.
- Usage and billing records: your plan, credits used, a log of recent requests (time, model, credits), and which upgrade prompts you saw or clicked. We also record the AI calls we make for you (model, token counts and cost) to run the Service, set limits and find abuse.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan and renewal date. We never receive or store your card number.
- Technical: a sign-in cookie (needed to keep you signed in), your IP address and request logs on our server for security and rate limiting, and your browser's local storage, which holds a draft of your idea and settings so they survive a reload.
We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
How we use it
- to make, change, save and show your games, and to run the arcade and leaderboard;
- to count credits, run plans and take payment;
- to keep the Service safe and within its limits, prevent abuse, and fix problems;
- to improve the Service (for example, to compare our cost estimates with what games really cost).
Who else sees it
- AI model providers. To make a game we send your prompt, your options and any reference images, and later the game's code for changes, to the model you choose: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), or an open-weight model host such as OpenRouter. They process it under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not put personal or confidential information in prompts or images.
- Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and our hosting providers (currently Cloudflare).
- Other players, only for games you choose to share: the game, its title, your display name and its scores are public.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Games and account data stay until you delete them or your account. Backups can keep deleted data for up to 14 days. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your choices
- Settings (signed in): change your display name, set Studio defaults, download all your data, sign out of every device, or delete your account. Deleting removes your games, files, settings and sign-ins, and cancels any subscription. We keep a record of credit use, the one-time free-credit grant and payment events, which holds no name or email, to prevent abuse (so free credits cannot be claimed twice) and for accounting.
- Delete a game from My Games at any time.
- Ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you have legal rights over your data, and we will honour them.
- Cancel a subscription from the billing portal linked in your account, or by emailing [email protected].
Children
The Service is not for children under 13 (or the age required where you live). If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Security and where data is stored
Data is stored on servers in the United States, and the providers above may process it elsewhere. We use HTTPS and limit access, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you in the Service or by email. Station 720 is operated by Harris Colvin, a sole proprietor. Questions: [email protected].
